Justice Alito

So I am going to run the same bet with Judge Alito that I did when Cheif Justice Roberts went before the firing squad. However, since it is early, and he hasn't gone before the committe this is just my preliminary guess, and I reserve the right to amend my estimate up to 2 days before the confirmation vote. This time around we will be playing for the USO. And as money is tight, it will only be $3 a vote, over or under my guess.

As of January 5th, I am guessing that Judge Alito will be confirmed with a total of 58 votes.
